Who You Are:

AdVendor’s Bilingual Jr. Account Manager must inspire long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Bilingual Jr. Account Manager’s role is to work with a portfolio of assigned clients – mainly bilingual accounts. Account Management responsibilities include but are not limited to developing strong relationships, connecting with key business executives & team members as well as administration duties that accompany these accounts. The Bilingual Jr. Account Manager will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional internal & external teams to improve the entire customer experience. Responsibilities Include:

  • Foster and grow relationships with clients, offer personalized service and support them in their end goal.
  • Make suggestions as an industry specialist, thoroughly explain products & services, and give an overall great first impression.
  • Manage brand new and existing bilingual client accounts. Helping them measure their success and monitoring and analyzing trends on the account.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for bilingual clients as well as assisting with their new account set-up & account management matters.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external team members and clients
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
  • Attend various training sessions and webinars as needed.
  • Be a product and technical expert internally and externally.
  • Learn quickly and exhibit tech savvy; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one.
  • Follow, AdVendors International Account Management best practices and standards.
  • Complete all requests and duties as assigned and on time.
  • Participate in client meetings & interactions in English and French.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word (QuickBooks knowledge is an asset).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or similar.
  • Experience using both English & French languages in a professional capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to craft professional emails.
  • Active listening skills and attention, detail oriented.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, and presentation abilities.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Write and speak in an eloquent and clear manner via email, telephone, in person, chat, tweet, etc., and be excited to show that in your interview process
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • You maintain a positive working relationship with team.
